Our Story
BluPrint AI is a division of BluWave Consulting Group, born from over two decades of solving the toughest problems in enterprise IT.
BluWave was founded by technologists who spent their careers in the trenches — administering thousands of systems at Qualcomm, running IT operations for major e-commerce brands, leading solution consulting teams across the Southwest, and building companies from the ground up. Through it all, one conviction held: technology should serve the business, not the other way around.
The AI Inflection
When large language models crossed the threshold from curiosity to capability, we didn’t just adopt AI — we went all in. We saw what others were still debating: that AI agents could fundamentally change how software gets built, tested, and shipped.
BluPrint AI was created to answer a single question: What happens when you give AI agents the same tools, standards, and accountability that you’d give a senior engineering team?

BluPrint AI is led by a team of builders, operators, and problem-solvers with deep roots in enterprise IT, cybersecurity, DevOps, and solution architecture. We’ve managed 12,000-node environments, designed complete data centers, and navigated every kind of crisis the industry can throw at you.
Today, we channel that experience into building autonomous systems that deliver software at a pace and quality level that wasn’t possible before. We’re not theorists — we’re practitioners who happen to be building the future.

Co-Founder
40 years in IT. From designing high-performance computing systems at Cray to architecting internet-scale infrastructure, John brings deep expertise in systems engineering, storage, virtualization, and security. He translates complex technical challenges into practical solutions for BluWave clients.
Jennifer Kuyper
Operations & Project Management
16 years in IT. A founding member of BluWave Consulting Group, Jennifer keeps the team on task and makes sure every detail is covered. From project coordination to logistics, she ensures nothing falls through the cracks between phases, completion, and lessons learned.

Senior Engineer
34+ years in IT. USMC veteran and SMB specialist. Dave brings decades of hands-on engineering experience to every engagement. A self-described AI skeptic who isn’t anti-AI — just pro-speedbump, making sure we move fast without breaking things.
